In 1997 a small six seater fast food restaurant opened on the Grand Parade in Cork City. We quickly established a following for the taste of its Secret Recipe Chicken: Hillbilly’s was born. While Hillbilly’s has expanded over the years we have stuck to our roots and kept the same core values. Providing our customers with fast friendly service and fresh, tasty, high quality food. Its been quite the journey and together with our staff and loyal customers we look forward to building a bright future.

Hillbilly’s Secret Recipe was discovered in a humble farmhouse kitchen deep in the heart of the American South. A marriage of the finest ingredients and generations of cooking, the original recipe remains unchanged to this day.
